Description:

This is a 44 year-old female with saline breast implants via areolar incisions, she wanted replacement with larger silicone implants as well as the implants to be slightly lowered and more centered on the nipple. Implants removed were 450cc filled saline implants and the implants that were replaced were smooth silicone high profile 590cc implants. It was recommended to do the procedure through an inframammary incision to avoid indenting at the areola (repeat incisions at that site can increase the likelihood of areolar indention). Results are six months post-op.
