Three years postop results for removal and replacement of implants with capsulorraphies (pocket tightening), mastopexies, and nipple reduction. The patient felt that her implants were too large. The implants that were placed several years prior were 615mL high profile implants. Her replacement implant size now is 385mL smooth moderate plus profile silicone implants.
